Personalisation

Yes, you can. This does depend on the type of product. See the options per product category below:

Trophies
A plate with black text can be placed on the base of the trophy.

Medals
A text label in the colour of the medal with black text is placed on the back of the medal. With each medal, you can see an image of this as an example.

Glass awards
If you wish to place text in addition to the image to be placed on the glass, you can specify this with the article.

Silver trays
If, in addition to the image to be placed on the plate, you would also like to place text, you can provide this with the article.

Rosettes
It is not possible to add text to rosettes.

You will receive a proof if you have ordered a personalised glass award, silver tray or plate. You will receive a digital proof within 24 hours of ordering. Only after approval of this proof will the order be produced and sent. So the sooner you respond, the sooner you will receive the product.

This is done by means of a plaque mounted on the base of the trophy. The colour of the plate is gold, silver or bronze. This depends on the colour of the trophy. The specified text will be centred and in Arial bold font on the plate as standard.

This is attached to the back of the medal by means of a text label in the colour of the medal. A photo of this is shown with each medal as an example. The specified text will be centred and in Arial bold font on the text label.

An image is attached to the sports award. It is placed where a round cutout can be seen on the sports award. We offer two options for an image, namely:

  1. Standard image: these are images that we offer for free. For example, these are images of various sports. The images come in the colour of the sports award on the product.
  2. Custom design: if you choose this option, you can upload your own image. This can be a logo or a photo. Read on below for more information on this.

This is an image you can upload yourself that will be placed on a product. This can be a logo or a photo, for example. The image is printed in full colour on a white background. This is then mounted on the sports award. So if you supply a logo without a background, the background will automatically be white. A logo with background colour or a photo will appear in full colour on the sports award.

PLEASE NOTE: it is not possible to request proofs for this option. Do you still have doubts? Then please contact our customer service.

For small medals, a 10mm wide ribbon will be attached. For medium and large medals, a 22mm wide ribbon is attached.

Once you have checked all the options, place the product in your shopping cart via the green button. You can then click on "checkout" in the basket to complete your order.

Probably not all mandatory options are ticked. Mandatory fields are, for example, colour, height and image. Also, for a trophy where only one size is available, the height must be ticked.

You can make your own quotation via our website. Add the desired products and/or personalisations to your shopping basket. When all products are in the shopping basket, go to ‘checkout’. Fill in all details on the first page, then click on ‘next’. On this page, you will find the ‘download quote’ button at the bottom. 

Delivery

Ordered today, shipped the next working day and delivered the following day.
The exceptions: why does it sometimes take longer?

  • When we have longer delivery times, this is always indicated at the top of the page.
  • If you order on Friday or during the weekend, the order will be sent on Monday.
  • Have you ordered a glass award or a silver tray with your own image? Then you will first receive a digital proof for approval. After your approval, the order will be processed and sent.
  • Delivery times differ for Scottish (Highlands) & British Islands. It may take one or two days longer and the costs are £10.95 (and free when you spend over £250) instead of £6.95 (free shippng when you spend over £100). Click here for a list of postal codes with longer delivery times.
  • The carrier may be delayed due to force majeure, causing your package to be delivered later. Unfortunately, Budgettrophy has no influence on this.
  • Your order will be sent with DPD. As soon as your order is ready to be sent you wel you will receive a track & trace link of your shipment.

You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment's track & trace code. You can then track the shipment yourself.

Keep an eye on your track & trace for the most up-to-date information about your delivery. In the rare case that delivery goes wrong, please contact customer service. We will then work with you to resolve it.

  • The package's track & trace code: check what the status of the shipment is. It can sometimes happen that the carrier has experienced a delay.
  • The delivery address: Is the delivery address you entered correct?
  • The letterbox: Have you received a no-show message? Your parcel may have been delivered to a neighbour or a collection point.

In the shopping cart, you can enter a discount code by clicking on "Apply discount code". In addition, the discount code can also be entered in the checkout. If it is a valid discount code, you will see that the total amount will be adjusted.

If you choose business when ordering, you will receive a business invoice immediately after shipping your order. By entering a VAT number, if applicable in your situation, no VAT will be charged.

Returning

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. This must be done in the original packaging and in new condition. You are responsible for the costs of the return. Before returning the order, please contact us so we can provide you with a return form. You can contact us at sales@budgettrophy.com. Upon receipt of the package, the full amount will be refunded to you.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured to the consumer's specifications, e.g. custom-made products, or which have a clear personal character. This means that products manufactured with an engraving plate, image, ribbon or other personalisation technique cannot be returned (see our terms and conditions).

Upon receipt of the package, the full amount will be refunded to you via the payment method used to pay for the order.

If you notice the product is damaged after receiving it, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours so they can help you further. Together with you, we will try to find a solution to solve the problem.

If you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will then ensure that the correct items are delivered as soon as possible. Customer Service will also let you know what to do with the incorrectly received products.

No, our products are not weatherproof.

The medals themselves and stickers are splash-proof. However, the images may change colour if they come into contact with moisture for long periods of time. UV prints on the medals are moisture-resistant, however, as they are printed directly on the medal using a UV printer.
