At Budgettrophy, you can personalise not only trophies but also medals with your own text, logo or emblem. This is possible with a customised sticker in photo quality. In our range, you will find standard models and special (club and sports) medals to design yourself, which you can have personalised with your logo, image or desired text. For each model, you can choose a gold medal, silver medal or bronze medal. These are the colours in which our medals are available. You can also choose a medal ribbon from 25 colours. Want to use your own design but don't know how? If you already have a logo, photo or other image ready, you can easily upload this file as png, jpg, jpeg, gif, pdf, ai, eps or cdr when you select your own design on the product page. If you need to create a logo first, you can do this for free with a programme such as FreeLogoDesign, Canva or Adobe Express. There are also many other free logo generators available on the internet. These programmes are also ideal for creating round personalised stickers with text for your trophies and individual medals. Of course, if you have a little experience, you can also use professional programmes such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. There are no limits to your creativity.

•   Can I have the product personalised with a text? 
  Yes, this is possible. However, this depends on the product type. Take a look at the options below, depending on the product category

Trophies
The base of the trophy can be customised with a small image with black text. For some models, you can also add an image.

Medals
For medals, your text is always applied to the back of the medal with a round text label in the chosen colour with black text. An example is shown per product. Some medals can also be provided with a sticker with logo or your own design on the front.

Images
The base of trophies and winner figures can be customised with a matching sticker with black text. Images or logos can be printed separately and applied as emblems on many trophies.

Glass Awards
If you would like to have the glass trophies personalised with an image and/or text, please indicate this when ordering the item. This will then be printed or laser engraved.

Salvers
If you would like to have an image and/or text engraved on your salver and master bowls, please indicate this when ordering the item. Both the image and the text will then be laser engraved.

Rosettes
Unfortunately, the loops of the rosettes cannot be personalised with a text, only the round cut-out can be personalised with a sticker.

•  How should I enter the text for multiple trophies?
  When entering the text for each trophy, you can specify which text you want for the winner of the trophy. For example, enter ‘Text small trophy’ and the desired text below it. Then ‘Text medium trophy’ and so on.
   
• How is the text applied to a trophy?
  This is done using an engraving plate that is attached to the base of the trophy. The engraving plate is gold-, silver- or bronze-coloured. This depends on the colour of the trophy. The specified text is placed in the centre of the engraving plate.
• How is the text applied to a medal?
  The specified text is applied as a sticker in the appropriate colour in the centre of the back of the medal. You can also have your own design or logo applied in photo quality on the front of some medals.
•  What exactly is an ‘image’ that I can choose for my product?
  An image is possible if a round cut-out is visible on the product. We offer two image options:

 

1. the standard motifs: These are images or emblems that we offer you for free. For example, graphics of different leagues, sports and club types. These emblems are printed in black with the matching background colour in gold, silver or bronze and then applied to the (sports) award by us. 
2. Your own design: If you choose this option, you can upload your own image. This can be a logo, an image or even a photo. You will find more information about this option below.

•  What is a custom design and how is it applied to the product?
  This is an image you can upload yourself, which is then printed and applied to a product. This could be a logo or a photo, for example. The image is printed in four colours on a white background. It is then applied to the award. So if you supply a logo without a background, the background is automatically white. A logo with a background colour or a photo will appear in colour on the product.

•  How wide is the ribbon attached to the medal?
  Small medals are provided with a 10 mm wide ribbon. Medium and large medals use a 22 mm wide ribbon.
   
• When is an image suitable for sublimation processing on glass?
  An image is suitable if it is supplied in one of the following formats: jpg, jpeg, pdf, png, gif, ai, eps and cdr. The image should also have the highest possible resolution. The image or photo is printed in colour on the glass.
•  When is an image suitable for engraving on a plaque?
  An image is suitable if it is supplied in one of the following formats: jpg, jpeg, pdf, png, gif, ai, eps and cdr. The image should also have the highest possible resolution.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In the engraving technique for honour and tin plates, an image is always processed in black and white. Therefore, unfortunately, photographs cannot be engraved. A logo or illustration in one colour guarantees the best result.

•   When will I receive a proof?
  You will receive a digital proof if you have ordered a personalised glass trophy or honourary shield. You will receive this by e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order. The trophy order will not be produced and shipped until this design is approved. The sooner you respond, the sooner you will receive the product.
